Howard Parsell Company provides a full range of architectural,
structural and civil engineering services to meet the needs of todays public
and private sector clients. Established in 1977, our firm has completed over
4,700 projoects and is known and respected for our work in commercial and industrial
buildings.

preliminary, final and post design. We are experienced with various contract
methods including design-bid-build, design-build, and fast 
track forms of contract. Our
versatility enables us to tailor services to meet the unique requirements of
each project. Our team of California licensed architects and structural
engineers combines high technology with proven traditional design methods to
provide optimal results.
